SEASONAL BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
GiftCertificates.com is currently looking for Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. This position will be responsible for taking inbound calls from consumers and small business customers within established guidelines.
Job duties will include:
· Gather and verify customer information.
· Assist Customers with a number of inquiries, including but not limited to:
o Order placement and status;
o Redemption of SuperCertificate Rewards;
o Questions regarding Merchants;
o Troubleshooting technical issues; and
o General questions.
· Call back customers as necessary.
· Special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of one year previous customer service experience, six months in call center environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to customer service.
- Basic familiarity with computers and computer software. Ability to navigate multiple systems. Keyboard skills required.
- Must demonstrate reliable and dependable behavior such as the ability to follow a scheduled shift with little to no attendance issues.
- Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
