Boys Town is working with the state of Nebraska to provide a Childrens Behavioral Health Help Line and Family Navigator Services program that will offer a toll free, single point of access telephone number, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our team will assist callers/caregivers of youth experiencing an urgent behavioral health situation; and will identify, locate & connect those in need to appropriate services and collaborate with emergency resources. In conjunction with multiple agencies and ACCESSNebraska, we are building a team to help families navigate community based services & find the help they need.
This position is part of an 18 month contract with the State of Nebraska. At the end of the 18 month contract, the State will review program. There is the option of a possible renewal of contract at the States discretion.
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Helpline who will provide clinical supervision and direct support to Helpline staff. He or she will monitor and counsel the performance of direct reports on a continuous basis and review performance with individuals as per department guidelines. Additionally, this individual will develop and coordinate training curriculum for the Help Line, and recommending creative training tools to improve call handling. He or she will keep employees up to date with new information to provide best assistance to internal and external consumers. Finally, the individual will assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of Help Line policy and procedures to assure the highest call handling standards. This position will typically be working Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM, however, MUST be flexible to work other shifts to include nights and weekends.
