We will look to you to enhance our technical procedures by working with grocers, suppliers and service centres to ensure all operations schedules work efficiently and error free. You will supervise and maintain the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients whilst handling all daily technical operations via your team leaders ensuring any technical issues or operational exceptions are dealt with.
You will also be responsible for providing training to service centre staff, ensuring that our customers receive the best standard of service possible. In addition, you will evaluate their performance through monthly reports, implement contingency plans and coordinate any development required with the governorate Office Manager.
