Were looking for a highly organised individual to join us as Central Operations Supervisor; taking responsibility for setting up, implementing and controlling the operations of any project within First Data. Youll be responsible for supervising and reviewing project procedures, checkpoints and deliverables within branches, providing regular progress reports from both internal teams and external companies. You will also be involved with project planning and tracking any issues that may arise, ensuring that all involved parties are communicating effectively. We would also look to you to train junior and new staff to establish the project strategy and implementation in all branches.You should be highly computer literate. You will also be able to clearly communicate goals and objectives to everyone involved in various projects. Your creative and innovative way of thinking will allow you to analyse problems and make decisions quickly to the best interests of the project. Working with both internal staff and customers, you will ensure that Operations processes and procedures come together to provide an excellent service.
You should have excellent management skills to efficiently run the branch as well as first rate financial ability to help you set departmental budgets and forecast any funding requirements. You will also need excellent analytical and problem solving skills to continually improve the branch processes and the ability to lead a successful team of motivated employees.
