Position Overview or Job Summary:
The Client Service Manager is the primary point of contact for established PayFlex clients and acts as the liaison between employers and the organizations within PayFlex that provide services to our existing and new COBRA Benefit Eligible Clients. The Client Service Manager oversees all aspects of the client relationship.
 
Essential Job Responsibilities:
·         Provides support to the client’s HR, Payroll and Benefits contacts.
·         Possesses excellent problem-solving, time management, and organization-wide coordination skills.
·         Has ability to work across internal organizations to resolve client issues and improve internal processes.
·         Takes ownership for decisions that affect PayFlex clients.
·         Participates in client implementations and employee enrollment activities as a means of understanding the nature and requirement of each employer.
·         Performs analysis of client-specific information and performs service review with client on a scheduled basis.
·         Manages all aspects of the PayFlex client relationship and works to insure client satisfaction.
·         Meets proactively with clients to discuss service and participation opportunities.
·         Supports efforts to maintain a 100% client retention and re-enrollment rate.
·         Provides follow-up training and education to employer contacts beyond initial implementation and channels client product feedback to the PayFlex Product Development and IT Team.
·         Supports and ensures employee participation targets are met.
·         Communicates new product and feature releases to PayFlex clients.
·         Conducts face to face client meetings as appropriate. 
 
Minimum qualifications:
·         At least 4 years of demonstrated account management experience, preferably in a related field.
·         Experience in consulting and/or sales support environment.
·         Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
·         Ability to assess and resolve simple to complex issues related to product, delivery, payroll etc.
·         Very strong data gathering and analysis skills using reports, spreadsheets, web-based applications, and other software tools required.
·         Knowledge of COBRA, Retiree Billing and Employee Benefit Plans is a plus, but not required.
·         Very strong organizational and time management skills
·         Product management skills
·         Strong PC skills:  MS Office preferred
·         Prior project management experience is a plus
 
Physical Working Conditions: This position operates in a typical office environment and utilizes office equipment including the telephone, PC, FAX and copier.
 
Travel Requirements: Minimal
