Scope: To provide all clients, internal and external with the highest levels of customer service possible. To assist, in filing, answering phones, handling of customer inquiries, making appointments, maintain client files and medical charts. Must also have knowledge of Animal Clinic software and office procedures. Veterinary Hospital Experience Preferred
Primary Responsibilities
Provide support to Front Office Manager, to include answering phones, greeting and meeting clients,
Maintain medical records and patient files
Process incoming and outgoing mail as asked
Compile information and data for existing records and creating of new client records
Prepare Charts properly; assuring all proper documentation is entered prior to sending chart to treatment
Attend meetings as assigned
Maintain strictest confidentiality with client files and records
Maintain appointment system, to ensure all doctors are having equal walk in distribution
Cash handling responsibilities as assigned
Pulling charts daily for the next days appointments
