Job Summary:
This position is responsible for day-to-day oversight and administration of all contract and program requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Interviews and makes recommendations for hiring of personnel
· Supervises unit employees, including performance mentoring, reviews, and disciplining
· Ensures proper training, ongoing development, and support for personnel as required to complete contract tasks
· Assigns and oversees workload
· Manages daily workflow within the unit
· Assists in the preparation of plans to meet contract and program metrics and requirements
· Monitors and reports unit workload performance against contract and program metrics and requirements
· Responsible for the preparation of required reports detailing workload progress in meeting contract and program metrics and requirements
· Develops and maintains relationships with all contract customers
· Coordinates efforts and expenditures to ensure budget compliance
· Participates in and contributes to the quality management system
· Measures and reports metrics related to quality through a mechanism such as Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Masters degree in appropriate field
· Prior supervisory experience
· Proven leadership ability
· Excellent verbal, written, and overall people management skills
· Ability to be multi-task
· Strong analytical skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
· Working knowledge of the Internet and E-mail
· Experience in public relations
Working Conditions:
· Office setting
· Ability to lift and transport items weighing 30 lbs.
· Travel may be required
