Primary Duties: Working under the general direction of the Senior Account Executive, the Account Assistant will provide a full range of support activities for the Account Representatives/Managers. Their primary duties will include preparing information packets for new and renewal groups, preparing reports for renewals, assuring that client/carrier contracts and related documents are appropriately completed and filed, completing quote spreadsheets and related tasks, and reviewing/assisting with RFP's to assure accuracy and timeliness. They will also work closely with membership, claims and other RCI staff in the performance of work and may perform other duties and special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: A High School diploma or the equivalent is required. Some advanced training or college courses in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office setting. Experience within a healthcare setting is a plus. Candidates must have strong computer skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and staff.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
