Responsibilities: Processes insurance application for our insurance and business communities Take incoming calls from applicants and complete telephone inspection reports Process outgoing phone calls to insurance applicants Monday through Friday, several shifts available. Skills/ Experience Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills; type 20-25 wpm Bi-lingual a PLUS but not required!
