Position Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY
The level two technician's primary responsibilities are to perform daily product inspections, provide research and development product analysis, and initiate special projects. This is an intermediate position that performs optical and electronic testing of Bushnell and Tasco products to verify quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Testing and data Acquisition
- Product transfers
- Material review board participation
- Lead/participate in special projects
- Initiate In-house projects (sorts, reworks, etc.)
- Research and Development Evaluations
- Data Entry
- Provide interdepartmental training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree in a related field
- 2 years experience in Quality Assurance
- 20/20 correctable vision
WORKING CONDITIONS: 60% sitting, 25% walking/standing. Lifting 10-40 lbs. 15% of the time.
