CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - CONSUMER SUPPORT
Position Description
SUMMARY
Provide customer support for Bushnell’s Outdoor Technology consumer products. Handle all customer service related contacts received by telephone, fax, mail and email with the highest level of professionalism. Escalate issues for resolution, documentation and follow-up when necessary.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive and answer customer inquiries and request regarding products, orders, repair status and other services offered
· Provide operational support for Bushnell’s Outdoor Technology consumer products
· Work with customers to determine which products, accessories and plan of action best serves their individual needs.
· Report any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction
· Research and resolve lab inquiries.
· Enter all parts orders for consumers
· Remain current on charges in policies, procedures and product offerings.
· Conduct searches for lost product.
· Become highly knowledgeable in the specifications, capabilities and operation of Bushnell Outdoor products
· Develop and maintain positive department and company image and philosophy to the public.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of customer service call center experience
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and grasp new concepts quickly
- Data entry skills
WORKING CONDITIONS: Office Environment Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, light lifting.
