JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
 
  • Provide administrative support to the President and other departments as needed. 
 
 
Essential Duties:
 
·        Support Executive Level Management with clerical needs in a discreet and confidential manner.
·        Coordinate submission of quarterly Board presentation materials from management team and create a cohesive composite of those submissions
·        Represents the Company at speaking engagements, general national representation, etc.
·        Coordinate and finalize travel and hotel reservations when needed for company travelers, including all employees, BOD members, consultants and clients. This task includes working with hotels to obtain negotiated rates and maintain positive rapport with representatives.
·        Coordinate company lunch meetings.
·        Attend and take notes during customer conference call meetings, Board of Director Meetings, Weekly Director Meetings. 
·        Prepare employee presentations.
·        Effective office (clerical/secretarial), time management and organizational skills.
·        Computer literate. Well versed with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·        Capable and practiced in handling complex and/or multi-faceted tasks.
·        Other projects and tasks as assigned by administrative staff.

Skills and Abilities:
 
·        Attention to detail and organizational skills
·        Self-starter and self-motivated (able to take direction and work without immediate supervision)
·        Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
·        Team player
·        German and/or Spanish are a plus
·        Desire to learn and succeed
·        Fast paced position
·        Must have excellent communication skills
