Legal Entry Specialist

Job Summary
The Legal Entry Specialist will provide operational support to Travelex Global Business Payments, Vertical Markets Group by fulfilling the Outsourcing needs of individual accounts. The assistant will be responsible for updating client account records, entering and reviewing client orders, maintaining a working knowledge of and fulfilling account specific data entry requirements, and meeting quality control standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Order Entry and Quality Control
  • Enter orders for clients with little to no rate of error
  • Review orders for missing data per account specifications
  • Communicate with CRMs and Sales Operations Specialist once data entry and verification process is complete
  • Work under strict deadlines; often multiple deadlines within the same time period
  • Execute invoice data entry for multiple accounts with customized order entry requirements
  • Read and Evaluate client invoices for specific remittance details required
 
Vendor Management
  • Enter and Update on an ongoing basis vendor details within client accounts
  • Compose, Verify, and Maintain lists of vendors for mass data updates
 
Client Payments to Travelex
  • Match and document client payments to scheduled orders
  • Update release dates for relevant payments
  • Correspond with Vertical Markets CRMs and Sales Operations Specialist regarding data entry/ client requests
  • Additional tasks as defined by the Manager, Payments 
 
Requirements
  • Proven record of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Four year college degree preferred.
