Pay Grade 37.  Minimum $ 11.94/hr.  Full-time.  This position is responsible along with the Director and Associate Director for oversight of non-credit program implementation.   Responsibilities include:  developing, coordinating, and implementing non-credit, personal development programs including Youth University; coordinating special conferences and workshops offered by outside organizations; coordinating partnership with Chattanooga Ballet; and batching of departmental receipts.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree required with experience in an office required; experience in higher education preferred.  Must have good customer service, organizational, and computer skills.
