EMS is looking for enthusiastic people to join our customer service team. We need team members who are energetic and motivated. Summary: Receive and respond to customer calls and e-mails in a timely and productive manner. Handle call escalations to resolve customer issues and/or client inquires regarding services, products and customer complaints. Act as liaison between EMS and client to communicate account procedures and manage priorities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service skills; friendly and helpful
- Experience with the Internet, technology, and personal computers
- Clear and distinct voice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous call center experience a plus
- Enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems
- Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
- Sales experience is a plus
