Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Design and implement onboarding programs that support employee success and engagement from day one
  • Manage employee benefits programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and vendor coordination
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits programs to remain competitive and cost-effective
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a respectful workplace
  • Assist in building and scaling HR infrastructure, processes, and systems to support company growth
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Contribute to the development of performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment that supports transparency and communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (will consider equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of three years of HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, benefits, and employment law
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
