Job Summary

We are seeking anAgDirect Mail Specialistwilling to work on a temporary basis who willbe responsible forcollection, organization and retention of all original documentationpertaining toAgDirect Retail Installment Contracts (RICs), Loans and Leases. Utilize company software to scan,index,and track loan documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Process AgDirect incoming mail which includes handling customer downpayments and first payment checks. Develop andmaintainstrong working relationships with dealers,customersand teammates toensuretimelyreturn of documents. The ideal candidate will workroughly30-40hoursper week.Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, organize,scanand electronically file all original documentationpertaining toAgDirect RICS, loans and leases. This includes labeling documents for automated upload or manually indexing documents into digital filingsystems. Prep original documents for long-term physical storage.
Utilize association software to track and monitor the return of all original documents and communicate directly with dealers to ensure proper original documentation is returned. Generate a bi-weekly report to determine dealerships that have outstanding original documents.
Open, process and distribute all AgDirect mail.
