Accounting System Support Analyst

What Youâ??ll Do

As the primary subject matter expert for accounting systems, you will:

• Deliver Accurate Financial Information
  Partner with Accounting teams to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead Systems Administration & Projects
  Act as the go-to expert for financial system administration. Drive system upgrades, configurations, and integrations that enhance efficiency.
• Bridge Finance & Technology
  Represent Accounting on cross-functional teams, translating business needs into system solutions that align with corporate goals.
• Ensure Data Integrity
  Test, validate, and monitor financial data during system changes to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Develop Dashboards & Reports
  Design, build, and maintain dashboards and financial reports that provide clear insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support Reconciliations & Reporting
  Provide data and tools that help accounting staff complete reconciliations and reports with confidence and accuracy.
• Contribute to Compliance & Audits
  Collaborate on tax reporting, reinsurance, and regulatory filings, and prepare schedules/work papers for audits and examinations.
• Perform Advanced Financial Analysis
  Create complex reports for rating agencies, regulators, and corporate leaders.
• Engage in General Accounting Work
  Support departmental initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed.

What Youâ??ll Bring

• Bachelorâ??s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5â??7 yearsâ?? experience in insurance, finance, or accounting roles with strong exposure to systems
• Proven ability in financial systems administration and project management
• Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience with Workday Financial System (preferred, not required)
