The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of general and advanced pulmonary disorders and will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced critical care medicine during ICU rotations.

UPMC Altoona Regional Health Services (ARHS) is a multispecialty group of more than 100 physicians across medical and surgical specialties, supported by a strong primary care referral base.

It is a Level III Trauma Center and a thrombectomy-capable interventional stroke center serving an 18-county region from New York to Maryland. UPMC Altoona is a regional center for vascular surgery, cardiac surgery, and interventional cardiology (including TAVR and Watchman procedures), as well as a comprehensive cancer center. The hospital features four active ICUs with more than 44 ICU beds, all supported by 24/7 intensivist and APP coverage.
The UPMC Altoona Medical Staff includes more than 320 active physicians representing primary care and a full range of medical and surgical specialties.
